Within 3 business days after that, you get your Personal Germany Plan: a realistic assessment of where you stand, your clear recommendation based on your profile, an overview of the documents, deadlines, and costs for your visa, a month-by-month timeline, specific universities or Ausbildung companies with links, plus guidance on scholarships, funding, and settling into life in Germany.

The call is the heart of the consultation. The questionnaire gives us your basic facts, but the important details only come out in conversation: Why do you want to come to Germany? What are your real strengths? What worries you? What do you not know yet? On that basis, your plan gets far more precise and realistic: your clear recommendation, built entirely around you. You can ask follow-up questions, we can react on the spot. Your Germany Plan is the result of the call, not a replacement for it. If you would rather skip the call, choose Written Consulting (€ 149), but you get less individual depth in return.

We're based in Germany and know the system firsthand: recognition authorities, embassies, universities, companies. You don't get an off-the-shelf document, you get 90 minutes directly with Felicia. And our plan doesn't stop at the visa. It runs until you know how to actually land here: apartment, insurance, phone, daily life. Set against the cost of a visa application, a move, or dropping out of a program because you planned it wrong, € 299 is the fairest thing you can spend on this decision.

In Study Consulting, we look at your qualification, sort out whether you need a Studienkolleg, which universities and programs fit you, and how the financing works. In Ausbildung Consulting, the focus is on your fit for an occupation: which trade suits you, which companies offer it, and which support programs like APAL or Triple Win for nursing could apply. The process and your Germany Plan are the same for both. Only the content is tailored to your path.

Rarely. Unless you're an EU citizen, in which case it depends on your situation. If you're coming from outside the EU, plan on at least 12 months, probably more. Ausbildung positions in Germany are often filled a year in advance. University applications run 6 months before the semester starts. On top of that come your language certificate, the visa application, and the APS process if it applies to you. That's exactly why every one of our consultations starts with your personal timeline.

Beforehand, you get 10 typical questions from German job interviews. During the session, unexpected curveball questions get added so it feels like the real thing. We simulate a realistic interview with a fictional German company in your target field, in German or English. Afterward you get concrete feedback on your language, structure, and presence. German interviews run fundamentally differently than in other countries, and that's exactly what we practice.

We hold the call in German or English. We write your Personal Germany Plan in the language you understand best: on request, also in Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages.
